Enjoyed amazing and absolutely superb breakfasts.
The location of the hotel was great and brilliant - not very far from Lkab's Visitor Centre.

We were in the chalet, it was fabulous.

the view from the room was very nice, with the far away mountains. The main room had a nice table and 4 seats. It was very cosy and the kitchenette was very well equipped. Wish I could stay longer!
The room desperately needs to have Curtains to make it dark!!! Now the sun started to shine in the room about 2 o'clock in the night, and the (dusty) curtain ribs did not make the room dark enough... Even when it was the exotic Midnight Sun, some guests would prefer the good night sleep...

Well-organised and wonderful accommodation with gentle staff upon our special request. Beautiful and incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from Town Hall.

Very friendly staff, excellent restaurant if not very cheap, nice functional cabins, many activities on offer from the hotel.
Some rooms are too warm (sleeping with open window by - 30 degrees celsius). We did not bother to ask the staff to adjust it though.

the cabin was much bigger than we expected for 2 people, and it was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast bufet was rich and the reception and restaurant area looked more like a hotel than a camp :) would definitely stay there again

Location quite good, and quiet; Reasonable value for Sweden.
It is like a motel, with our room quite distant from the restaurant etc, which could be unpleasant in serious winter weather.

Perfect place, excellent staff, very good breakfast, a lot of activities, well positioned. I really suggest that lovely place
The spa is a bit far from rooms, so in cold season you may not enjoy the whole experience

The cabin was spacious, with a kitchenette. There was also a skibox next to the entrance. In front of each cabin was a parking spot.
There were no proper curtains (only half working window blinds), so during white night there was fully bright in the room. Shower cabin was leaking so we had wet floor in the bathroom all the time.

Location was easy too find. It was well kept and well equipped. I travelled alone but they could easily cater for larger groups. The dinner menu although small was very well presented and extremely tasty. I was able to check in sooner than advertised and with the addition of free wifi it was a very good holiday location. With the nearby Forrest area so close by I was never stuck for things to do and the town was a small 10 minute walk away also the reception were able to help me book excursions such as the northern lights and dog sledging.. A very nice stay with reason to return.
My only issue was the lack of being able to control the room temperature. It did get rather hot at night!

Warm rooms, some rooms have recently had the bathroom redecorated and have underfloor heating. Reception staff appear helpful (read below for why not)
We stayed on 2 different occasions, the second night our bathroom was older and cobwebs were by the window. We booked an airport transfer on our first night, reconfirmed it on our final night for a 6am pick up. . . at 0625 we were still waiting, and reception didnt open until 0630. We spoke with the recptionist who confirmed the transfer had been booked (and we had been charged for it), but they hadnt actually contacted the man to pick us up, needless to say it was a bit worrying as we arrived at the airport after checkin closed!

The breakfast was good. Bed was soft. Kitchen and dryer in the cabin were really useful.
The check-in staff was really slow. The heating system was shut down at night. Far away from the center, hard to get the direction in winter when snow covers the road. Ice at the front door of the reception building was really really slippery, I was nearly fell down for several times and I saw one fell down outside the door.

The unit was absolutely fantastic and perfect.
The restaurant here was amazing with a great breakfast, we both ordered fresh dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed to have a really good bathroom. The location was great, for example, Lkab's Visitor Centre was relatively near the hotel.

Insufficient value-for-money of the breakfast. Slow check-in. Too early "deadline" for check-in for advance reservations.
